Based on the phenotype and chemiluminescence technology of growth defects of streptococcus suis STK mutants in a CDM culture medium, possible STK inhibitors are primarily screened out according to the growth conditions of streptococcus suis SC19 in the CDM culture medium during small molecule treatment, and the STK-targeted streptococcus suis inhibitors are further screened out through autophosphorylation enzyme activity reaction. The screening of the drug library of the invention identifies 2 compounds, namely inhibitors APY29 and AT9283, which have the inhibition effect on the swine streptococcus serine threonine protein kinase STK and the swine streptococcus.
