The invention realizes the whole process of spontaneous and orderly distribution of the sample to the microcavity digital PCR reaction unit by centrifugal force and capillary force drive, and then can realize high-flux and high-sensitivity absolute quantitative detection of the low-abundance nucleic acid sample by utilizing the temperature control module and the optical detection system.
