titleOfInvention | Micro-cavity type digital PCR disc type chip connected with silicon-based micro valve |
abstract | The invention relates to a micro-cavity type digital PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction, dPCR) disc chip connected with a silicon-based micro valve, which comprises a disc type disc (1) and a plurality of Reaction units (2), wherein the Reaction units (2) sequentially comprise a sample area, the silicon-based micro valve and a silicon-based micro cavity array which are connected through a connecting pipeline from inside to outside of the disc. The invention realizes the whole process of spontaneous and orderly distribution of the sample to the microcavity digital PCR reaction unit by centrifugal force and capillary force drive, and then can realize high-flux and high-sensitivity absolute quantitative detection of the low-abundance nucleic acid sample by utilizing the temperature control module and the optical detection system. |
