abstract | The invention discloses a method for synthesizing 4-formamido antipyrine, comprising the following steps: firstly adding methyl formate to raw materials containing 4-amino antipyrine, and carrying out formylation at 30-45° C. Then heating, adding formic acid, and continuing the reaction; finally removing methanol, cooling for crystallization, and centrifuging to obtain 4-formamido antipyrine. In the synthesis method of the present application, methyl formate is used as the acylating reagent of 4-formamido antipyrine, the reaction temperature is lowered during the synthesis of 4-formamido antipyrine, and the 4-amino antipyrine is reduced. The generation of oxidative impurities improves the quality of 4-formamido antipyrine, and by recycling the by-product methyl formate produced in the subsequent process, the consumption of formic acid is greatly reduced, and the cost is saved. |
