titleOfInvention A kind of kung fu acid wastewater treatment method
abstract In the operations of water washing and pickling in the saponification of kung fu acid and acidification, it is necessary to add a large amount of water or dilute acid to wash the reaction product, thus producing a large amount of salt-containing organic waste water. The wastewater has complex composition, high concentration and high chroma, and is difficult to treat. Most of the organic substances in water are unsaturated organic substances containing organic fluorine or organic chlorine. These substances are difficult to biochemically degrade and even belong to biological toxic substances. These wastewater characteristics determine that the wastewater cannot be treated by traditional methods such as coagulation, sedimentation, and biochemistry, so it is very difficult to treat. The invention discloses a method for treating kung fu acid wastewater, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: adding an alcohol solvent to the kung fu acid wastewater for sufficient extraction, standing for stratification, adjusting the water layer to neutrality, and using MVR for dehydration and desalination , and the organic layer was recovered by vacuum distillation. The method has simple treatment and is suitable for industrial production, can greatly reduce the generation of waste water, and reduce the COD content of high-concentration waste water, thereby reducing the production cost.
