titleOfInvention Preparation method of solid benzenesulfonic acid catalyst
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a solid benzenesulfonic acid catalyst, which comprises the steps of adding p-hydroxybenzene sulfonic acid into a three-neck flask, adding ammonium persulfate and an organic solvent, magnetically stirring at a rotating speed of 45-60r/min, uniformly stirring for 10min, heating to reflux at a heating rate of 5-10 ℃/min, slowly dropwise adding methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane while keeping reflux, continuously carrying out reflux reaction for 3h after complete dropwise addition, then cooling to 60-70 ℃, adding silica gel in batches, heating to reflux, carrying out reflux reaction for 4h, separating out methanol, cooling, filtering, drying, washing a filter cake for three times by using toluene, and then carrying out vacuum drying to prepare the solid benzenesulfonic acid catalyst; the solid benzene sulfonic acid catalyst can be used as an acid catalyst and can also be used as a heterogeneous catalyst for alkylation, polymerization, arylation, esterification and ester exchange reactions, and the method is simple to operate, does not relate to sulfonation reaction of benzene rings on polyoxosilane, and generates less pollution.
