titleOfInvention | Aureoamidol ester-barbaloin-palmitate self-assembled nanoparticles and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a self-assembled nanoparticle of aurora ester-barbaloin-palmitate, which is characterized in that: the self-assembly nanoparticle is formed by self-assembly of aureoamide alcohol ester, barbaloin and palmitate. The self-assembled nanoparticles have an average particle size of about 150nm, are uniformly distributed in a similar spherical shape, and have narrow particle size distribution range and high stability. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the self-assembled nanoparticles, which comprises the following steps: dissolving aureamide alcohol ester, barbaloin and palmitate in a benign organic solvent to form a mixed solution; and dropwise adding the mixed solution into pure water with the constant temperature of 60-70 ℃, stirring, and dialyzing to remove the organic solvent. In vitro cytotoxicity experiments show that the self-assembled nanoparticles obviously inhibit the proliferation of cells of liver cancer, lung cancer and breast cancer. The invention also discloses the application of the self-assembled nanoparticles in preparing anticancer drugs. |
