The method is simple and convenient to operate, interference of other auxiliary materials in the progesterone vaginal sustained-release gel on progesterone drug granularity and granularity distribution measurement is removed through sample pretreatment, the progesterone is uniformly and stably dispersed in a dispersion medium, and the proved measurement result is accurate and reliable. |
