titleOfInvention Electroplating wastewater heavy metal removal system and method adopting self-return sludge nucleation
abstract The invention discloses a system and a method for removing heavy metals in electroplating wastewater nucleated by self-refluxing sludge, wherein the system comprises the following steps: the system comprises a comprehensive raw water tank, a reaction unit, a first sedimentation tank and a self-circulation sedimentation tank which are sequentially connected through pipelines, wherein the first sedimentation tank is connected with the reaction unit through a pipeline, and the self-circulation sedimentation tank is connected with the comprehensive raw water tank and the reaction unit through pipelines; the reaction unit is used for reducing and breaking the complex of heavy metal ions in the wastewater to be treated to obtain flocculate and treated wastewater; the first sedimentation tank is used for carrying out sludge-water separation on the flocculate and the treated wastewater to obtain primarily separated sludge and primarily separated wastewater; and the self-rotating reflux sedimentation tank is used for carrying out mud-water separation on the primarily separated wastewater to obtain secondarily separated sludge and secondarily separated wastewater. The electroplating wastewater heavy metal removal system has the advantages of high automation degree, high heavy metal ion removal rate, short process flow, low equipment construction cost and strong system adaptability, and can realize resource recycling.
