titleOfInvention A biofilm that can induce bone regeneration and its preparation method and application
abstract The invention provides a biofilm capable of inducing bone regeneration, a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of medical biomaterials. The biofilm is obtained from the mammalian peritoneum after a series of immunogenic substances removal treatments. The biofilm inducing bone regeneration provided by the present invention has a double-sided structure of smooth surface and rough surface, which can simultaneously exert the function of tissue barrier and promote the regeneration of bone defect tissue. Immunogenicity preserves the activity of the organization and components of the extracellular matrix to the greatest extent, and provides a structural and functional basis for inducing bone regeneration. The preparation process is simple, easy and environmentally friendly, and the waste reagent can be discharged harmlessly after neutralization with inorganic acid and alkali, so it has good practical application value.
