titleOfInvention Electrochemical immunosensor, preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses an electrochemical sensor and its preparation method and application. The electrochemical sensor of the present invention includes, from bottom to top, activated screen-printed carbon electrodes, nano-gold particles and protein A, the protein A is modified with norovirus capsid protein monoclonal antibody, and the protein A on the Non-specific sites are blocked sites. The preparation process of the invention is as follows: after activation of the screen-printed carbon electrode, nano-gold particles, modified protein A, modified norovirus capsid protein monoclonal antibody are sequentially deposited, and non-specific sites are blocked to obtain an electrochemical sensor. When the electrochemical sensor of the present invention quantitatively detects the human norovirus capsid protein, the linear detection range is 1-10 ng/mL, and the detection limit is 0.635-1.0 ng/mL. The electrochemical immunosensor of the invention has the advantages of convenient operation, low cost and high sensitivity, and is suitable for rapid detection of norovirus on site.
