titleOfInvention Tissue clearing kit and method
abstract The invention discloses a tissue transparentizing kit and a method, wherein the tissue transparentizing kit comprises aromatic amine and glucose, and the aromatic amine and the glucose are used for preparing a first reagent and a second reagent which are used for respectively transparentizing tissues; in the first reagent, the mass ratio of the aromatic amine is 25-40%, and the mass ratio of the glucose is 5-10%; in the second reagent, the mass ratio of the aromatic amine is 30-45%, and the mass ratio of the glucose is 30-45%. The tissue transparentizing kit can realize transparentizing treatment on tissues (especially tubular and cavity tissues) and molding the transparentized tissues, so that the tissues can be used for preparing frozen sections or tissue specimen sections and the like.
