titleOfInvention | A kind of barrier biofilm medical device polymer coating and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a biofilm barrier polymer coating for medical devices and a preparation method thereof. The polymer coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-150 parts of acrylic emulsion, 10-15 parts of synergistic filler, and 10-10 parts of talc powder. 15 parts, 10-15 parts of propylene glycol butyl ether, 1-5 parts of dispersant, 10-20 parts of plasticizer, and 50-80 parts of water; the synergistic filler can interact with the head group of the acidic phospholipid in the bacterial cell membrane, resulting in The permeability of the cell membrane decreases, causing bacterial cell death, and the hydroxyl groups on the molecule form intramolecular hydrogen bonds, thus having a stable conjugated structure. After absorbing ultraviolet rays, the intramolecular hydrogen bonds are broken, and the hydrogen bond ring is opened to form ionic compounds. The structure is unstable. In order to achieve a stable state, excess energy will be released as harmless heat energy, thereby restoring the hydrogen bond to its original state, so that the coating will not fall off due to long-term use, reducing the cost of coating preparation. |
