The present invention proposes a method for preparing a HA/CMCS composite bioceramic bone scaffold with both strength and toughness at room temperature and neutrality. An aqueous solution was used as the matrix material, and a HA/CMCS composite bioceramic bone scaffold with both strength and toughness was prepared by combining piezoelectric inkjet printing technology (3DP) and calcium chloride (CaCl 2 ) solution cross-linking post-treatment. The present invention proposes for the first time that the HA and CMCS composite powder is used as the matrix material, and the 3DP printing process is combined to realize the normal temperature neutral manufacture of the functional HA/CMCS composite bioceramic artificial bone scaffold. In addition, the neutral molding properties of the preparation method at room temperature meet the process requirements for the co-manufacturing of active substances (amino acids, growth factors, active proteins), so that the bioceramic bone scaffold can be used in a combination of material components, mechanical properties, and adjustable pore structure. On the basis, it also has biological functional properties endowed by biologically active substances, which is difficult to achieve in the previous technology. |
