abstract A method for preparing sheep placenta extract freeze-dried powder comprises the following steps: (1) preparing fresh sheep placenta for primary treatment, soaking in purified water for 2 hr, washing with water, and cleaning surface impurity and bloodstain; (2) putting the cleaned fresh sheep placenta into a low-temperature environment for refrigeration for 1-2 hours, and controlling the environmental temperature at 0-7 ℃; (3) crushing the refrigerated sheep placenta under a low-temperature environment, obtaining coarse powder after crushing, and then freezing the crushed coarse powder for 2 hours at the temperature of between 15 ℃ below zero and 5 ℃ below zero; (4) taking out the frozen sheep placenta coarse powder, carrying out superfine grinding, mixing the crushed powder with distilled water, stirring uniformly, and filtering to obtain a filtrate; (5) ultrafiltering the filtrate with ultrafilter; collecting ultrafiltrate with molecular weight below 1500; (6) and filling the finally obtained filtrate, and freeze-drying to finally obtain the sheep placenta extract powder.
