abstract | The invention discloses an NMN liposome modified by co-grafting chitosan with cinnamic acid and lipoic acid, and a preparation method and application in the preparation of health food. In the present invention, NMN is coated on liposome, and the surface of liposome is modified by co-grafting chitosan with cinnamic acid and lipoic acid. Grafted lipoic acid made NMN liposomes have sustained release effect. Grafted cinnamic acid and lipoic acid increased the uptake of NMN by cells. The modified liposomes are dimensionally stable. The liposome of the invention is helpful for the popularization and application of NMN in the field of human health care. |
