titleOfInvention Fluorescent carbon dot for vaginal pH detection and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of detection and analysis, and particularly relates to a fluorescent carbon dot for vaginal pH detection and a preparation method thereof. The fluorescence carbon dot for vaginal pH detection is prepared by an electrochemical method by taking Congo red as a raw material, wherein the percentage content of C, N, O elements is respectively 56.7%, 8.6% and 34.7%, and the maximum excitation wavelength is 354nm under the condition of ultraviolet light. The invention provides a novel pH detection carbon dot material, which has the detection precision of pH of 0.001 which is higher than the 0.01 level of a pH meter.
