titleOfInvention | A Pichia pastoris engineered strain producing α-glucanase and its construction method, culture method and application |
abstract | The invention discloses a Pichia pastoris engineering bacterium producing α-glucanase and its construction method, cultivation method and application, belonging to the field of gene technology. The Pichia pastoris dip 1 producing α-glucanase has been deposited in the Guangdong Microbial Culture Collection Center on December 22, 2020, with the preservation number GDMCC No.61378. The bacterial strain of the present invention is fermented and cultured in a shake flask in a 250mL Erlenmeyer flask and fed-batch cultured in a fermenter, and the enzyme activity of α-glucanase reaches 220U/mL and 1870U/mL respectively. The α-glucanase strain is at the leading level, and the cultivation method is simple, the enzyme production ability is strong, and the genetic characteristics are stable. It is an excellent strain suitable for high-density fermentation to produce α-glucanase. |
