titleOfInvention Preparation method of multi-responsiveness self-healing self-adhesion hydrogel
abstract A preparation method of a multi-responsiveness self-healing self-adhesive hydrogel. The polyvinyl alcohol/borax is used as the main structure of the hydrogel, and the bacterial cellulose is added to improve the mechanical property of the hydrogel. Tannic acid rich in catechol groups is used as a monomer for providing hydrogel adhesion, and a quinoid structure obtained by oxidizing the tannic acid and an amino group of cystamine dihydrochloride undergo Schiff base or Michael addition reaction to introduce disulfide bonds, so that the hydrogel is endowed with redox responsiveness. The hydrogel is prepared by borate bond, hydrogen bond, pi-pi stacking and the like, and overcomes the defects of poor mechanical property, lack of tissue adhesion and the like of the traditional polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel. The hydrogel has good biocompatibility, multiple responsiveness, excellent mechanical property, self-adhesion property and the like, thereby expanding the application range of the hydrogel.
