It was found that WPL has anti-inflammatory activity and has different degrees of inhibition on the production of three inflammatory mediators (NO, TNF-α, IL-1β). Molecular docking results showed that WPL and iNOS were mainly connected by π-π stacking, alkyl bond, π-alkyl bond and hydrogen bond.
