titleOfInvention | Synthesis and application of bifunctional fluorescent probe for simultaneously detecting hydroxyl free radicals and viscosity |
abstract | The invention discloses a bifunctional fluorescent probe for simultaneously detecting hydroxyl free radicals and viscosity, which has the following chemical structural general formula: wherein R is cyano, ethyl acetate or benzothiazolyl. The fluorescent probe utilizes the aromatic addition property of hydroxyl radicals to perform addition on a benzene ring, then generates ring closing with cyano, and emits strong green light of about 500nm under the excitation wavelength of 430 nm. The probe has high selectivity on hydroxyl radicals, and the fluorescent product after reaction has the advantages of good water solubility, high fluorescence quantum yield, large Stokes shift and the like. In addition, the cyanoethylene units are free to rotate, but when the viscosity is increased, the rotation is hindered, the non-radiative loss process of the molecules is inhibited, and red light above 600nm is emitted at an excitation wavelength of 470 nm. The probe can simultaneously detect hydroxyl radicals and viscosity through two channels, and has great application prospect in the technical fields of analytical chemistry, life science, biosensing and the like. |
