abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of catalyst material preparation and air pollution control, and particularly relates to a manganese-based hydrotalcite low-temperature SCR denitration catalyst and a preparation method thereof. The catalyst firstly uses TiOSO 4 , Al(NO 3 ) 3 ·9H 2 O, Co(NO 3 ) 2 ·6H 2 O as the precursors, and uses the mixed solution of NaOH and Na 2 CO 3 as the precipitant. Co-Al-Ti--LDH with a hydrotalcite-like structure is calcined to obtain a structurally stable Co-Al-Ti-LDO, and the surface of Co-Al-Ti-LDO is further loaded with active components MnOx and active additives ROx, the catalyst can be obtained after drying and calcination. The catalyst not only has high denitration efficiency at low temperature, but also has high N2 selectivity, excellent sulfur and water resistance, low cost of raw materials, simple preparation method and broad application prospects.
