The method comprises (1) enabling butyric acid or methanol to enter a second reaction kettle for heat exchange after passing through a second heat exchanger and a first heat exchanger; (2) adding glycerol or fatty acid into the first reaction kettle, adding a catalyst and butyric acid or methanol into a mixing tank, and dissolving and mixing; (3) mixing glycerol or fatty acid in the first reaction kettle, hydrous butyric acid or methanol in the first heat exchanger and a catalyst in a mixing tank to perform a first esterification reaction; (4) pumping the butyrin or methyl ester in the first reaction kettle into a second reaction kettle, adding anhydrous butyric acid or anhydrous methanol through the first heat exchanger, and mixing to perform a second esterification reaction; (5) and (4) discharging the tributyrin or biodiesel with high linear purity from the second reaction kettle.
