titleOfInvention | A kind of compound comfrey microemulsion temperature-sensitive in-situ gel and its preparation method and application |
abstract | The invention belongs to the field of pharmaceutical preparations, and in particular relates to a compound comfrey microemulsion temperature-sensitive in-situ gel and a preparation method and application thereof. The temperature-sensitive in-situ gel component of the compound comfrey microemulsion includes compound comfrey medicine dry extract, oil phase, emulsifier, co-emulsifier and temperature-sensitive gel matrix; wherein preferred isopropyl myristate, polyoxyethylene (35 ) castor oil and glycerol are used as oil phase, emulsifier and co-emulsifier respectively; preferably poloxamer P407 and poloxamer P188 are used as thermosensitive gel matrix. The compound comfrey microemulsion thermosensitive in situ gel is in a liquid state at room temperature, and it is administered vaginally in a liquid state. Due to temperature changes, the viscosity of the gel increases rapidly at body temperature, and then turns into a semi-solid state and is tightly attached to the vaginal mucosa. Combined, the residence time of the drug can be improved, and the curative effect can be better exerted. Active ingredients have high solubility in microemulsion prescription excipients, which can effectively reduce the amount of excipients added, thereby reducing the irritation of the preparation. |
