In order to predict the flower color of the open-field chrysanthemum strain in advance, the invention provides a primer pair MYB6-McrBC-1F and MYB6-McrBC-1R for predicting the anthocyanin in the open-field chrysanthemum color and a prediction kit containing McrBC enzyme, Ballbbuffer buffer solution, BSA and GTP, wherein the anthocyanin in the open-field chrysanthemum color is predicted by detecting the methylation level of a MYB6 gene promoter. The method is simple and rapid, saves the workload of breeding personnel, and brings great convenience for breeding and innovation of germplasm resources. |
