Firstly, preparing polysilsesquioxane precursor triol sodium salt by hydrolytic condensation of gamma-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, and synthesizing with unsaturated trichlorosilane serving as a capping reagent to obtain multifunctional POSS (polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane) acrylate; perfluoropolyether, phytic acid and acrylic acid are subjected to esterification reaction, and an esterification product and polyfunctional group POSS acrylate are copolymerized under the action of a photoinitiator, so that the fluorine-silicon coating is finally obtained. The fluorine-silicon coating overcomes the defects of poor light transmission, easy scratching, long curing time, high energy consumption and the like of the traditional fluorine-silicon coating. The scratch resistance and the light transmittance of the base material can be enhanced and the water-repellent, oil-repellent and self-cleaning functions are good through visible light curing film forming. Can be applied to the fields of glass coatings of vehicles running at high speed, 3C product screens, automotive interiors and the like. |
