titleOfInvention | Sulfhydrylation hyaluronic acid polysaccharide hydrogel and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a thiolated hyaluronic acid polysaccharide hydrogel and a preparation method and application thereof. The thiolated hyaluronic acid polysaccharide hydrogel is a polysaccharide hydrogel formed by one or two of thiolated hyaluronic acid derivatives and an aqueous solvent, wherein the mass percentage concentration of the thiolated hyaluronic acid derivatives is 3-6%, and the degree of substitution of thiol groups of the thiolated hyaluronic acid derivatives is 3-20%. According to the sulfhydryl hyaluronic acid polysaccharide hydrogel prepared by the invention, side chain groups are grafted through hydroxyl and carboxyl of hyaluronic acid, the moderate sulfhydryl substitution degree is controlled, and the intermolecular and intramolecular support of the sulfhydryl hyaluronic acid polysaccharide hydrogel is increased, so that the flexibility of the hydrogel can be increased, the better rebound resilience can be kept, the gel form can be kept, and the performance requirement for vitreous substitutes can be met. The hydrogel can be used as a vitreous substitute to improve the shock absorption function, and the good self-healing function and resilience can keep the shape of an eyeball and press the retina in situ. |
