The method sequentially introduces metabonomics internal standard and lipidomics internal standard, selects internal standard with the same property or the same type as reference basis by identifying the obtained substance types, respectively calculates the concentration of a target substance in a sample by utilizing the peak area and the concentration of the internal standard substance, and can simultaneously obtain the qualitative results of metabolites and lipids.
