abstract The present application relates to the field of biological detection, and in particular, to a water-soluble upconversion fluorescent nanocrystalline material, a preparation method thereof, and use in tumor marker detection. A water-soluble up-conversion fluorescent nanocrystal material, the molecular formula of the nanocrystal is: PEI-Na 0.7 Li 0.3 BiF 4 :Yb/Tm. The nanocrystal has the advantages of good water solubility, biocompatibility and low cytotoxicity, and the prepared AFP test paper can be used for the positive detection of various tumors by covalently coupling the amino functional group on its surface with the alpha-fetoprotein antibody.
