abstract | A preparation method of an ultrathin aerogel film relates to a preparation method of an aerogel film. Aims to solve the problem that the aerogel prepared by the existing method is easy to generate cellulose sheets which can not be arranged along the growth direction of ice crystals. The method comprises the following steps: adding liquid nitrogen into a liquid nitrogen tank until the liquid nitrogen is over a horizontal through hole of the quick freezing platform, and flatly paving the liquid cellulose hydrogel on the upper surface of the quick freezing platform when the liquid nitrogen is boiled; and (4) drying the hydrogel at low temperature after the hydrogel is solidified. According to the invention, the ultrathin aerogel film can be obtained, the film forming speed is high, the inside of the aerogel film has a uniform directional structure, the surface of the obtained aerogel film is flat, the thickness of the aerogel film is extremely small, the quick-freezing platform provides a stable quick-freezing environment for the hydrogel, and the preparation success rate is ensured. The invention is suitable for preparing gel films. |
