The peptide assembly material with aggregation-induced emission effect is used as a fluorescence start sensor for detecting bacterial endotoxin, the design thought is novel, the peptide assembly material has specificity and high sensitivity on the bacterial endotoxin, the detection limit on the bacterial endotoxin is improved, the detection process is simple, and the test result is stable. The invention also discloses a preparation method, a detection method and application of the aggregation-induced emission peptide assembly.
