abstract The invention provides a 1-alkyl-5- (1H-tetrazole-5-yl)/(4-oxo-1, 6-dihydropyrimidine-2-yl) -1H-indole-3-carbonitrile compound, and an in vitro xanthine oxidase inhibition activity test of the prepared compound by adopting an ultraviolet spectrophotometry, wherein the results show that the prepared compound shows obvious xanthine oxidase inhibition activity. In an acute hyperuricemia rat model test, the compound can obviously reduce the serum uric acid level, and has good deep research value as a novel xanthine oxidase inhibitor.
