The porous PCL/collagen artificial periosteum of the present invention is similar to the natural periosteum in its multi-layered three-dimensional structure and tensile strength. The outer layer of PCL/collagen artificial periosteum is a dense hydrophobic PCL layer, which can promote the release of drugs to the inside through capillary action, and can prevent connective soft tissue from growing into the bone tissue, reducing bone formation, and the inner collagen-loaded drugs can be slowly released to the bone defect It promotes bone formation at the site of bone injury and induces intraperiosteal osteogenesis and intramembranous vascularization.
