The invention discloses an absorbable suture line, which consists of an inner core, a first coating and a second coating, and is characterized in that the inner core is obtained by blending and stretching polycaprolactone, poly (lactide-glycolide) copolymer, chitosan, genipin and tartaric acid; the first layer of coating is a tussah silk fibroin grafted polypeptide antibacterial agent coating; the second coating layer is composed of poly (lactide-glycolide) copolymer loaded thrombin-chitosan nanoparticles. Through the mode, the suture line disclosed by the invention has the advantages of higher strength, good biocompatibility, antibacterial property and hemostatic property, and the degradation time can meet the actual requirement. |
