abstract |
The present invention provides an anti-corrosion terminal material having a good anti-corrosion effect and excellent adhesion of a film. A first film is formed on at least a part of the base material composed of copper or copper alloy on at least the surface, and the first film is formed in the copper-tin alloy region composed of copper-tin alloy and tin composed of tin or tin alloy other than copper-tin alloy. A zinc layer composed of zinc or a zinc alloy is formed on the mixed-existence layer in which the region is mixed, and the zinc layer is in contact with the copper-tin alloy region and the tin region of the mixed-existence layer. If in the cross section along the thickness direction, R1 (μm) is the length of contact between the zinc layer and the copper-tin alloy region, and R2 (μm) is the length of the contact between the zinc layer and the tin region, the ratio R1/R2 is 0.05 or more and 2.5 or less. |
