abstract The present invention provides a pad comprising a plurality of sheets arranged in a stack. Each sheet has a first major face, a second major face, and a peripheral edge, each of the first major face and the second major face terminating at the peripheral edge. The pad also includes an adhesive disposed on a portion of the second major side of each sheet such that the portion of the second major side of each sheet is releasably adhered to a corresponding portion of the first major side of the underlying sheet of paper part. The portion where the adhesive is provided is adjacent a portion of the peripheral edge of the corresponding sheet to form the releasably bonded sides of the stack. In addition, the stack twists about a common central axis of the sheets present therein, so that the pad has a helical shape.
