titleOfInvention Physical failure and data drive fused elevator residual life prediction method
abstract The invention discloses a method for predicting the residual life of an elevator by fusing physical failure and data drive, which comprises the following steps: s1, establishing a braking torque and traction degradation prediction model; s2, obtaining a first elevator residual life T1 based on a preset brake torque threshold value, a measured brake torque and a brake torque degradation prediction model; s3, obtaining the residual life T2 of the second elevator based on a preset traction threshold, the measured traction and a traction degradation prediction model; s4, establishing an elevator operation fault prediction model combining a PSO algorithm and a BP neural network, thereby obtaining the remaining life T3 of a third elevator; s5, T1 and T2 are weighted with T3 to obtain the remaining life of the fourth elevator and the fifth elevator caused by insufficient braking torque and insufficient traction force. And a physical failure method and a data driving method are fused, and the estimated model parameters are optimized to obtain a more accurate prediction result of the residual life of the elevator.
