abstract An ultra-wide frequency-tunable quantum light source chip based on class II parametric down-conversion is provided with a plurality of waveguides with polarized reversal regions in the form of a combination of serial or/and parallel on a ferroelectric material including lithium niobate , the polarization period design of the reversal makes the nonlinear process that occurs is type II parametric conversion, that is, the parametric conversion process of incident light is the polarization combination form of two orthogonal polarized lights generated by linearly polarized light pumping. The invention provides a chip-type ultra-wide frequency tuning quantum light source, which has ultra-wide wavelength tuning capability, can meet various wavelength requirements in one piece, and realize photon frequency conversion and frequency wide tuning. It can be used as a tunable correlated photon source in various wavelength bands and a wide-tunable predictable single-photon source, and can become the core basic light source of optical quantum information technology.
