The invention is based on simple and universal 'one-pot' reaction, and prepares a plurality of functional conductive core-shell nanowires in batch by regulating and controlling the types of core and shell materials. The core-shell nanowire is used as an electrode material for assembly, so that a functional nano electrode with excellent electrochemical performance can be obtained, the preparation process of the nano electrode is simplified, the limitation of the existing nano electrode preparation material is broken through, and the real-time quantitative monitoring of biological signal molecules in a single living cell is realized. |
