The invention discloses a mycoplasma pneumoniae drug sensitivity rapid detection kit and a preparation method thereof. The kit comprises: mycoplasma pneumoniae culture solution, drug sensitive plates and drugs for treating mycoplasma pneumoniae; the mycoplasma pneumoniae culture solution comprises the following components: 7-10 g of agar powder, 5-8 g of peptone, 2-3 g of short-chain peptide, 700-800 mg of morroniside, 3-5 g of yeast powder, 2-4 g of glucose, 2.5-3.5 g of sodium pyruvate, 90-120 mL of MEM culture medium, 2mL of 1% (w/v) phenol red solution, 140-180 mL of horse serum, 750-850 mL of 30-ten thousand unit penicillin and distilled water, wherein the short-chain peptide is formed by 3-5 amino acid residues. The kit has stable performance and strong specificity, and can accurately detect which antibiotic in a plurality of clinical common antibiotics is sensitive when the mycoplasma pneumoniae is infected, thereby accurately guiding the medication, avoiding blind medication and excessive medication and improving the cure rate. |
