The present invention relates to a dividing solution for bovine embryo dividing and a bovine embryo dividing method. The dividing solution comprises: 9.39 g of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, 3.5 g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 68 g of sucrose, 12 g of povidone K30, and water for injection to 1000 ml. The bovine embryo segmentation method includes the following steps: collecting oocytes and making them mature in vitro; incubating the sperm suspension with the mature oocytes to complete in vitro fertilization; culturing the fertilized embryos to morula, and selecting the morula; The morula is transferred into the dividing droplet and placed under an inverted microscope to divide the embryo into two parts; the divided half embryo is transferred into the embryo culture medium and cultured until the morula develops into an expanded blastocyst that can be used for embryo transfer.
