abstract | The present invention designs a preparation method of an active packaging film utilizing cellulose controlled release, using starch and polyvinyl alcohol as film substrates, cinnamaldehyde as an active substance, and microfibrillated cellulose as a slow-release carrier for the active substance. It shows that microfibrillated cellulose can promote the dissolution of cinnamaldehyde, enhance the mechanical properties and hydrophobicity of the film, and improve the application value of the film. Different contents of microfibrillated cellulose and cinnamaldehyde were blended, and the results showed that the low concentration of microfibrillated cellulose had a slow release effect on cinnamaldehyde, and the high concentration had a promoting effect on the release of cinnamaldehyde. The amount of cellulose added to control the release rate of cinnamaldehyde. The invention is applied to food packaging, which is more conducive to protecting the food and prolonging the shelf life of the food, solves the effect of prolonging the fresh-keeping period of the active film, and makes it in a controllable state during the whole circulation and use process. |
