The high-hardness protective glaze material has good hardness, silicon carbide whiskers are obtained by taking diatomite and fly ash as silicon sources and crushed lignite as a carbon source through synthesis and sintering in a solution, the crystal whisker has high straightness rate, the bridging effect can be effectively exerted, and the modified silicon carbide whiskers with the hardness and the strength remarkably improved are obtained by modifying the crystal whisker by using the carbon nano tube. |
