abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of light-emitting diodes, and discloses a blue-light perovskite thin film and its preparation and flip-chip quasi-two-dimensional blue-light perovskite light-emitting diode. Methods: 1) lead bromide, large group organic halide and cesium bromide were prepared into perovskite precursor solution using organic solvent; 2) the precursor solution was spin-coated, and anti-solvent was added dropwise during the spin-coating process , after removing the solvent, a blue-light perovskite thin film was obtained. The flip-chip quasi-two-dimensional blue light perovskite light-emitting diode includes, from bottom to top, a cathode, an electron transport layer, an interface layer, a light-emitting layer, a hole transport layer, a hole injection layer, and an anode; the light-emitting layer is the blue light Perovskite thin films. The method of the invention can increase the exciton binding energy of the blue light perovskite, improve the morphology of the film, suppress the formation of a low-dimensional phase (n=1), and improve the luminous efficiency of the quasi-two-dimensional blue light perovskite. The blue light perovskite thin film of the present invention is used for light emitting diodes, realizes blue light emission, and improves luminous efficiency. |
