The invention discloses an HPLC method for detecting dextrorotatory isomers from levetiracetam oral solution, and belongs to the field of drug analysis. The method uses a reversed-phase chromatographic system. The present invention selects a suitable stationary phase and mobile phase, and explores and optimizes the chromatographic conditions to select a method suitable for the detection of dextroisomer in levetiracetam oral solution. In the method, the resolution between the dextroisomer peak, the main component peak and the preservative peak was good, and the detection sensitivity and accuracy were high. |
