abstract The present invention relates to a homogeneous chemiluminescence detection method, which comprises the following steps: contacting an analyte with a reagent comprising a first composition and a second composition, a third composition and a fourth composition to form an analyte to be detected mixture; providing excitation light to irradiate the mixture to be tested at least once, and detecting the intensity of the chemiluminescence signal generated thereby, so as to determine whether the analyte is present and/or the concentration of the analyte. The method utilizes "differentiated receptor microspheres", allowing the method to have both excellent functional sensitivity and detection range.
