titleOfInvention A competitive homogeneous chemiluminescence detection method and its application
abstract The present invention relates to a competitive homogeneous chemiluminescence detection method, comprising the steps of: contacting an analyte with a first composition, a reagent comprising a second composition and a third composition and a fourth composition to form the mixture to be tested; provide excitation light to illuminate the mixture to be tested at least once; and then detect the intensity of the chemiluminescence signal generated thereby to determine the presence and/or concentration of the analyte. The method utilizes "differentiated receptor microspheres", allowing the method to have both excellent functional sensitivity and detection range.
