The method comprises the steps of immersing the polyester fabric with polyphenol adhered to the polyester fabric in a solution containing polyvalent metal ions to obtain a fabric with the surface modified by metal particles, placing the fabric in a solution containing alkyl mercaptan and a photosensitizer, initiating the alkyl mercaptan to perform a mercapto-alkene click chemical reaction with the polyphenol by the photosensitizer under the irradiation of ultraviolet light, and obtaining the super-hydrophobic polyester fabric by a click chemical method. The super-hydrophobic material disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation process, green and environment-friendly, low in cost and suitable for large-scale production, opens up a new way for expanding the additional value of the polyester fabric, and provides revelation for developing a lasting super-hydrophobic fabric in practical application. |
