titleOfInvention A kind of preparation method of superconducting magnetic medium for treating slightly polluted wastewater
abstract The present invention is a preparation method of superconducting magnetic medium for treating micro - polluted waste water. Diamine to prepare amino-modified Fe 3 O 4 ; 2. Separation and cleaning of Fe 3 O 4 : magnetic separation of the suspension prepared in 1 to obtain synthetic particles, rinsed with ultrapure water for several times, and freeze-dried for storage; 3. Fe 3 O4 -immobilized peroxidase: Fe3O was prepared by adding ferric tetroxide ( Fe3O4 @ NH2 ) prepared in step 2 to peroxidase (HRP) solution and adding glutaraldehyde as a cross-linking agent 4. Immobilized peroxidase; 4. Separation and cleaning of Fe 3 O 4 immobilized peroxidase: Magnetic separation of the suspension prepared in step 3 to obtain HRP@Fe3O4 synthetic particles, rinsed with phosphate buffer for several times, and freeze-dried for storage. The cross-linking method is used to fix HRP on the amino-modified Fe 3 O 4 to prepare a superconducting magnetic medium for the treatment of micro-polluted wastewater, which improves the reuse rate of HRP. The operation method is simple and easy to operate, and can be used in practical applications widely used in work.
