abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of coatings, and discloses a preparation method of polyaniline/straw silicon aerogel and a heat-insulating anticorrosive coating. The preparation method of the polyaniline/straw silicon aerogel comprises the following steps: (1) mixing and heating straw ash and a NaOH solution, carrying out suction filtration to obtain straw-based water glass, adding deionized water, and stirring to obtain a straw-based water glass solution; (2) adding hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH value, adding a mixed solution of aniline and hydrochloric acid, dropwise adding an ammonium persulfate solution, and keeping the temperature not higher than 5 ℃ until the polymerization reaction is finished; (3) after the reaction is finished, dropwise adding a NaOH solution until the pH value is 7-9, standing to form hydrogel, aging, standing, and soaking in ethanol and deionized water respectively to obtain straw/polyaniline composite hydrogel; (4) and (5) drying. According to the invention, polyaniline is prepared by in-situ polymerization in the acid catalysis process of the silicon-based aerogel, and the obtained aerogel has the advantages of high compressive strength, small porosity, low thermal conductivity coefficient and excellent heat preservation effect. |
