The invention designs and synthesizes a novel anti-tumor active compound with iron chelating property and photosensitivity based on the principles of rational drug design and drug-like properties. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a series of preparation methods of novel active compounds of ALA hybrid 3-hydroxypyridone (HPO) derivatives with iron ion chelating ability and PDT activity and their application in anti-tumor. A series of novel compounds with PDT activity synthesized by the present invention have significant advantages in antitumor activity. |
